Charlie and his wife (Jill) both grew-up in Loudoun County Virginia and are now raising their four children there.  

In January of 2010 Charlie became Lead Pastor of Community Church; a church that his father, Arlie Whitlow Jr., founded in 1982 and where Charlie served as Summer Camp Director, Youth Pastor, and Executive Pastor before taking-on the lead role.

Charlie is a graduate of Liberty University, has a Masters of Divinity from Regent University, and is currently studying for his Doctorate of Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary.
