In this age hyperactivity, how can one possible hope to remain in the presence of God? A man living over 300 years ago offers his timeless advice. Brother Lawrence died in 1691 at the age of 80. Having devoted the last 40 years of his life to loving & knowing God better, Brother Lawrence went on to fully experience what he so sincerely longed for-the presence of God. Lawrence was not an intellectual. He was not a dignitary. He was by no means a man of renown. & yet, his influence is undeniable. His life & walk would not only touch his fellow brothers but reach every disciple who is earnestly seeking a closer walk with God.
